Founder & Managing Director
Goran Sekulic
Alliance Civil's Founder and Managing Director Goran Sekulic brings two decades of civil engineering and infrastructure delivery experience across metropolitan and regional projects. Holding a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Goran commenced his career with one of Australia's leading Tier 1 contractors, contributing to the delivery of major infrastructure works throughout Melbourne.
During this time, he operated within highly structured project environments governed by rigorous quality, safety and risk management frameworks — experience that has fundamentally shaped Alliance Civil's operational standards. His background in large-scale project delivery provided early exposure to complex stakeholder coordination, high-volume program scheduling, contract administration and compliance, structured QA/QC systems, and safety leadership in live construction environments.
